CGH RTP PIPE tube consists of three layers:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Inner liner (Base tube):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • CAPRON Polyamide<\/li>
  • FORTON PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) depending on the application<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Reinforcement: Aramid fibers braiding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Radial (criss-cross) providing strength<\/li>
    • Preventing braid longitudinal elongation<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Outer jacket:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Nylon or Polypropylene depending on the application.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Parameters of application<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
        • operating pressure: 150 bar (depending on the diameter of the pipe)<\/li>
        • operating temperature up to 121\u00b0C<\/li>
        • The maximum pulling force: up to 3.400 kg<\/li>
        • chemical compatibility: acids, bases, petroleum, gas, H2S, CO2, brine, condensate, aromatics, liquefied gas<\/li>
        • the outer diameter of the tube up to 152 mm<\/li>
        • the length of the coil: between 300 m and 3500 m<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
