Delivery to a reputable manufacturer of lubricants<\/a><\/h3>\n

In order to develop an existing installation, a customer ordered from us 7 vertical tanks (2 x 40 m\u00b3, 1 x 60 m\u00b3, 3 x 100 m\u00b3 and 1 x 200 m\u00b3). All of them have been adapted for the heating system with pillow plates and clamp on jackets. This type of solution has not been used in our company yet, so it turned out to be an interesting challenge for technical and production departments. Fortunately, we were able to cope with the task and all processes went smoothly\u2026<\/p>\n

Tanks for ethanol storage<\/a><\/h3>\n

04.2020<\/p>\n

For the leading ethanol production plant, we have delivered 5 underground, double-skinned tanks, each with a capacity of 200 m3, diameter 3400 mm and length of 23 m. The tanks were equipped with control and meas-uring system compliant with the ATEX directive and fulfilling Customs office requirements (for tax and excise duty). These are the first double-skinned tanks of such a capacity produced by CGH Polska\u2026<\/p>\n

Bridge for German customer<\/a><\/h3>\n

For the third time in our history we have constructed and delivered a bridge.\nOur customer from Germany has premises located at a small river, and the only available parking area for its employees is on the other side of it. So the company decided to connect two banks of the river, for conven-ience of the staff\u2026<\/p>\n

CGH Nordic sold and delivered 2 vertical 100 m\u00b3 pressure tanks for accumulation of hot water (temperature of 110\u00b0C and 3 bars pressure). The tanks are insulated with 250 mm insulation.\nOur client is a company building and delivering bioenergy heating systems to the industry in the Nordic countries\u2026<\/p>\n

As a result, CGH delivers more and more aboveground tanks and turn-key solutions for truck fuelling stations.\nThe advantage of an aboveground tank is that it is easier to move to a new location. Series of tanks for producer of lubricant oils<\/a><\/h3>\n

04.2019<\/p>\n

CGH Nordic A\/S delivered the first batch of 49 tanks in total to a company building a new plant for mixing of different lubricant oils.\nThe tanks are in different volumes \u2013 from 15 m3 up to 60 m3 \u2013 and are all vertical. Scope of delivery also includes the complete steel-works with railings, ladders, platforms and stairways for the tanks.\nComplete documentation \u2013 drawings of tanks and platforms \u2013 is done in 3D\u2026<\/p>\n
