CGH RTP PIPE tube consists of three layers:
Inner liner (Base tube):
- CAPRON Polyamide
- FORTON PPS (Polyphenylene Sulfide) depending on the application
Reinforcement: Aramid fibers braiding
- Radial (criss-cross) providing strength
- Preventing braid longitudinal elongation
Outer jacket:
- Nylon or Polypropylene depending on the application.
Parameters of application
- operating pressure: 150 bar (depending on the diameter of the pipe)
- operating temperature up to 121°C
- The maximum pulling force: up to 3.400 kg
- chemical compatibility: acids, bases, petroleum, gas, H2S, CO2, brine, condensate, aromatics, liquefied gas
- the outer diameter of the tube up to 152 mm
- the length of the coil: between 300 m and 3500 m
